SaaS Sales Expert / Manager

Reykjavik – Iceland | Customer Team | Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a SAAS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. In addition, we are looking for candidates with a touch of online marketing skills, experience working with modern CRM systems, building lead generation pipelines, and a proven track record of conversions.

About PaxFlow

PaxFlow is an early stage travel tech startup based out of Reykjavik, Iceland. We are on a mission to empower tour operators to streamline tour operations using automation and customer self service tools. We are venture backed startup with healthy funding to develop our planform and grow our team and customer base.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated SaaS Sales Expert to join our team at PaxFlow. As a SAAS Sales Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. In addition, we are looking for candidates with a touch of online marketing skills, experience working with modern CRM systems, building lead generation pipelines, and a proven track record of conversions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience in online marketing and lead generation
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
  • Excellent Icelandic and English skills.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
