SaaS Growth Specialist / Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated SaaS Growth Manager to join our team. As a SaaS Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to achieve company targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and growing PaxFlow’s revenue by optimising sales funnels and KPIs. We are looking for candidates with a touch of online marketing skills, experience working with modern CRM systems, building lead generation pipelines, and a proven track record of conversions.

About PaxFlow

PaxFlow is an early stage travel tech startup based out of Reykjavik, Iceland. We are on a mission to empower tour operators to streamline tour operations using automation and customer self service tools. We are venture backed startup with healthy funding to develop our planform and grow our team and customer base.

The founders are genuine industry leaders in the travel tech space – having previously worked for companies and brands such as: LinkedIn, Origo Iceland, Travelade, DriverGuide, Caren, Bus Travel Iceland, Reykjavik Excursions, Iceland Travel, Icelandair, Inspired by Iceland, Icelandic Tourist Board and more.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated SaaS Growth Manager to join our team. As a SaaS Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to achieve company targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and growing PaxFlow’s revenue by optimising sales funnels and KPIs. We are looking for candidates with a touch of online marketing skills, experience working with modern CRM systems, building lead generation pipelines, and a proven track record of conversions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS lead generation and growth.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of both inbound and outbound marketing
  • Experience with different growth tools for A/B Testing, email marketing campaigns, CRM, sales and marketing purposes, automating workflows, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to share ideas, feedback and present results
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent Icelandic and English skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Increase revenue and profits.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve company targets
  • Propose new initiatives to improve funnel performance and optimise conversion rates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Track, analyse and optimise KPIs.
  • Identify, develop and optimise growth channels to drive revenue.
  • Provide input and expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimisation, advertising, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with Product Team
  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies to generate leads
  • Manage CRM system and build lead generation pipelines
  • Monitor and analyse growth performance metrics to optimise strategies
