Pricing updates effective November 1, 2025
We are introducing new price plans for the PaxFlow platform starting November 1, 2025. The main goal is to simplify our pricing model to deliver unified pricing across all platforms.
Our platform continues to evolve with enhanced features and capabilities, always guided by our mission to help tour operators streamline operations and expand their business potential. We’ve made substantial improvements to our platform over the past 18 months, introducing powerful new features that significantly enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. These major developments represent a fundamental evolution in what PaxFlow can deliver for tour operators – reflected in our updated pricing structure.
The PaxFlow platform now offers:
- Daily departure and automated disruption management
 - Automated customer communication via email, SMS and WhatsApp (messages & chat)
 - Booking forms and simple liability waivers to enrich booking data and digital signatures
 - Resource management
 - Pickup operation planning
 - Passenger onboarding and ticket scanning
 - Booking cancellation request management
 - Customer self-service portal for customers to manage their own bookings
 - Enroute application for ground staff (guides and drivers) – beta
 
Coming soon on the new PaxFlow platform:
- Employee scheduling and staff management (Q4 2025)
 
We believe the new pricing structure accurately reflects the value our platform delivers. As a result, since our focus is now fully on developing new features, we will no longer be accepting new customers on the legacy platform.
Summary of changes to PaxFlow subscription plans:
- Unified pricing across all platforms – one simplified structure for every PaxFlow product
 - Standard monthly subscriptions available under three plans: Starter, Growth, and Pro
 - Enterprise plans remain available for tour operators handling more than 10,000 pax per month
 - A 20% discount will continue to apply pre-paid annual subscriptions
 - The new pricing will take effect on November 1, 2025, for all new customers
 - Existing customers will retain their current pricing under our grandfather policy
