PaxFlow has integrated with TicketingHub, enabling tour and activity operators using the TicketingHub platform to connect their booking data directly with PaxFlow’s operational intelligence layer.
REYKJAVÍK, Iceland, 31st August 2026: PaxFlow, the operations intelligence platform for modern tour businesses, has announced a new integration with TicketingHub, the booking and ticketing platform for tours, attractions and activity providers.
The integration allows TicketingHub customers to connect their booking infrastructure directly with PaxFlow, giving operational teams access to a wider set of tools for managing the work that happens after a booking is made.
Booking and departure data from TicketingHub can now flow into PaxFlow, where operators can manage departures, coordinate resources and staff, automate guest communications, support customer self-service and connect teams working in the field.
For PaxFlow, the integration represents another step in making its operational intelligence layer accessible to more tour and activity businesses without requiring them to replace the booking platform they already use.
“Our aim with PaxFlow is to make the operational side of running a tour business far more connected, visible and automated,” said Soffía Kristín Þórðardóttir, Founder & CEO of PaxFlow. “Integrating with TicketingHub means more operators can connect the booking system they already rely on directly with PaxFlow and use that data across their wider operational workflows. It allows businesses to strengthen their operations without having to rebuild their existing technology stack.”
Extending TicketingHub data into daily operations
TicketingHub provides the booking and ticketing infrastructure used by tour operators, attractions and experience businesses to manage reservations, availability, sales and distribution.
PaxFlow sits alongside that infrastructure and focuses on the operational processes surrounding those bookings.
Through the new integration, TicketingHub booking data can be used across PaxFlow to support:
- Departure and resource management: Coordinate tours, vehicles, equipment and other operational resources.
- Staff scheduling: Assign guides, drivers and other team members to departures and shifts.
- Automated guest communication: Trigger personalised messages through email, SMS and WhatsApp.
- Customer self-service: Allow guests to access booking information, complete forms and manage supported booking changes through PaxPortal.
- Field operations: Give guides and operational teams access to the information they need while tours are running.
- Operational automation: Connect booking data with workflows that might otherwise rely on spreadsheets, inboxes and manual coordination.
The integration is designed to help operators create a more connected flow between booking and operations while continuing to use TicketingHub as their core ticketing and reservation platform.
Giving operators more flexibility as they scale
As tour and activity businesses grow, the complexity behind each booking often grows with them.
Higher passenger volumes can mean more departures, staff assignments, vehicles, guest communications, last-minute changes and coordination between office and field teams.
PaxFlow is designed to provide an operational layer between an operator’s booking systems and its daily workflows, helping teams manage and automate these processes from one connected environment.
By integrating directly with TicketingHub, PaxFlow can now offer this operational layer to a wider group of operators already using the TicketingHub ecosystem.
The PaxFlow integration with TicketingHub is available to operators using the TicketingHub platform.
